Minimum stay requirement?
Majestico Rentals requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Our comprehensive screening process is designed to uphold the quality of our communities, enabling guests to fully enjoy the comfort and convenience of their temporary residence.
Can I receive packages and deliveries?
All Majestico Rentals guests are registered as residents, giving you full use of amenities and easy package delivery.
Can I Shorten my visit?
We value your freedom to live on your terms. If your plans change, we'll adjust your stay so you only pay for the days you stay with us.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for active military members, veterans, teachers, government employees, healthcare workers, and education professionals. To request the discount, contact us using our Contact form and we'll apply it to your reservation.
Can I set up a custom payment schedule?
Absolutely. We offer flexible monthly payment plans tailored to your needs. Contact us directly through our Contact page and we'll work with you to arrange a payment schedule that fits your situation.
Are your units pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets. A refundable pet deposit of $500 is required along with a $100/month pet fee. Any additional cleaning or damage costs caused by pets are the responsibility of the owner.
What's included in the unit?
All our units come fully furnished with cookware, toiletries, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and reserved garage parking. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
