  • We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.


    a. Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, returned to your payment method in 3-5 business days.


    b. Partial Refund: Cancel after 48 hours, the first 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable; the rest will be refunded.


  • We’re happy to welcome your pets during your stay. To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, a refundable pet deposit of $500 and a one-time cleaning fee of $200 apply. Please note that any additional costs related to cleaning, treatments, or damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Majestico Rentals delivers a smooth and hassle-free self check-in experience, giving guests exceptional convenience and flexibility. Check in on your own schedule without the need for face-to-face interaction—allowing you to get comfortable and start enjoying your stay right away.

  • We kindly ask that guests check in anytime after 3:00 PM and complete check-out by 11:00 AM. To uphold the high standards of cleanliness and preparation that define the Divine Rentals experience, we’re unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the best possible stay for all our guests.
